-CAN I ORDER ONLINE?

Tetra Relief members, who have provided a valid email address at their initial registration, are able to shop online 24/7. Please note, online orders received after business hours will be processed, filled, and delivered the next business day.

-WHAT IS THE DELIVERY AREA?

We have expanded and are now delivering in Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Richmond, Hercules, Rodeo, Pinole, Hayward, San Leandro & Castro Valley.

-IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Oakland/Alameda: $50 

Berkeley/Albany/Kensington:$75

Richmond/Hercules/Pinole/Rodeo:$100

Hayward/Castro Valley/San Leandro:$75      

-WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO USE TETRA RELIEF’S SERVICE?

-HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK?

First Time Delivery

After you have placed your order:

  1. The office will contact you to verify your order and delivery location.

  2. We will provide you a description of the driver and delivery vehicle.

  3. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery.

Please note, we do NOT conduct business in open spaces, such as parks or parking lots, for security reasons. All staff and drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if unsafe conditions are present.

DELIVERY TIMES

When placing an order, please allow us a two (2) hour delivery window. We will always do our very best to get you your order as quickly as possible. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact the office by phone with at least three (3) hours advance notice.

DELIVERY DRIVERS

Tetra Relief delivery personnel are easily recognizable and trained in safe cannabis delivery practices. Our drivers are always professional, courteous, and discreet. All drivers have been through an extensive interview process and have passed a background check. Neither our drivers clothing or their cars are marked as a cannabis delivery service, however they will wear an ID badge displaying their name and our company.

-HOW IS MY ORDER TRANSPORTED AND PACKAGED?

Completed orders are placed in a plain white bag, and double sealed for transport. An itemized invoice is attached to the outside of the sealed bag. If there is something missing from your order or you would like to make an additional order, please contact the office immediately.

-WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Tetra Relief accepts CASH OR CARD at this time and full payment is due at the time of delivery.

-WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all cannabis flower within 24 hours of purchase. For maximum quality control, we cannot GUARANTEE returns or exchanges on opened Edibles, Drinks, Tinctures, Concentrates, Capsules, Topicals, or Pre Rolls. However, if you are dissatisfied with any product in these categories, please contact us immediately by email or phone to discuss your order.
